MND to become sole shareholder of Moravia Gas Storage

MND a.s. (MND) will increase its shareholding in Moravia Gas Storage a.s. (MGS), operator of the Dambořice gas storage facility in the Czech Republic, from 97.37% to 100%, following a decision from the recent MGS General Meeting. The decision was duly entered in the Czech Commercial Register on 25 May 2024.

MND, as the majority shareholder, already had full shareholding, management, and operational control of MGS. With this decision, Gazprom Export ceases to be a shareholder in MGS.
