KKCG Real Estate has achieved exceptional success at the European Property Awards 2025, one of the most respected international competitions in the real estate sector. The second phase of the residential project top´rezidence Pomezí received four awards during the gala ceremony on 23 October at the Grosvenor House Marriott in London and advanced to two finalist nominations at the international level.

top´rezidence Pomezí – 2nd phase received the highest Five Star Award ranking and won in several national categories. The recognitions include Best Architecture Multiple Residence, Best Architecture Single Residence, and Best Residential Property for Villa Belaire. The project also received the Award Winner title in the Residential Development 20+ Units category. In addition to these achievements, the project secured two finalist nominations at the European level.
These nominations qualify the project to advance further to the International Property Awards competition, where the best developments from around the world will compete for the titles Europe’s Best and World’s Best.

The project is the result of a two-round international architectural workshop initiated by KKCG Real Estate in 2016, with participation from twelve architectural studios from the Czech Republic, Austria, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Denmark. The winning concept, titled “Living in Greenery,” was created by the studio Bogle Architects, which is responsible for the masterplan, Villa Belaire, a series of family houses and residential buildings throughout the second phase.
Other studios contributed to selected objects within the development, including Baumschlager Eberle Architekten, Pavel Hnilička Architects+Planners and majo architekti.
