Aricoma, a leading provider of enterprise IT solutions and part of KKCG’s technology pillar, has expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of the IT infrastructure division of Datron, a company based in Česká Lípa. The acquisition includes the transfer of twenty experienced IT specialists to Aricoma, further reinforcing its presence in northern Bohemia and deepening its proximity to customers in the region.

“By expanding our team with twenty IT infrastructure professionals, we can strengthen our business in the northern Bohemia region. This fits in with our long-standing approach of being close to our customers,” said Jaroslav Dvořák, Director of the Aricoma business unit that will integrate the newly acquired team.
The move supports Aricoma’s long-term strategy: combining organic growth with targeted acquisitions that expand its expertise, talent base, and geographic reach. It also reflects KKCG’s broader vision of building strong, future-ready companies that lead their fields and contribute to Europe’s digital transformation.
Aricoma operates across multiple key technology areas including IT infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, cyber security, and public sector digitalization. The company also delivers significant system integration projects for European Union institutions in Brussels and Luxembourg. Today, Aricoma employs more than 2,000 professionals and generates revenues of EUR 400 million.
For KKCG, Aricoma exemplifies how strategic investments and strong leadership create long-term value and accelerate innovation across industries.
