Aricoma, a leading provider of enterprise IT services and part of the KKCG investment group, has acquired Swiss company Dentsu Tracking, which provides technology solutions for supply chain control to multinational companies and public institutions in Europe. The company’s approximately 60 experts will now provide their services under the Aricoma brand.
Aricoma acquired the standalone division from dentsu, a global marketing, advertising and communications group. Dentsu Tracking is headquartered in Switzerland and employs 60 technology specialists, with teams primarily based in Switzerland and Spain. The company focuses on supply chain security and control for companies, governments and public institutions, helping them ensure supply chain compliance in regulated and sensitive environments. It uses modern digital technologies for data collection and analysis. Its customers include European institutions and national governments in and beyond the European Union, including the United Kingdom and Gibraltar, as well as international luxury brands and companies in the watchmaking industry.

With its latest acquisition, Aricoma is strengthening its position in Western European markets. In 2024, it acquired Luxembourg-based software developer NeoFacto, and in January this year it acquired SAP services provider Sapphir in Slovenia and the SAP division in Austria from Convotis.
