Aricoma, number one in enterprise IT in the Czech Republic and part of the KKCG investment group, is strengthening its SAP offering. It has acquired the Austria-based SAP services division of the CONVOTIS Group as well as the Slovenian company Sapphir. This follows Aricoma’s successful development of SAP services in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Joining Aricoma are 26 SAP experts from CONVOTIS Business Solutions in Austria, who provide services to customers in the manufacturing sector. They will continue the business under the Aricoma brand. Sapphir, the leader in SAP services in Slovenia, will also become part of Aricoma. Sapphir employs over 80 experts and has customers in the public sector, as well as in education, food and drinks, energy, pharmaceuticals and automotive.
"The expansion of our SAP services business to Austria and Slovenia underscores our long-term expansion plans, particularly in Western countries. Within two years, we have become the leader among SAP suppliers in the Czech market. And we are also strengthening our position in the same sector in Slovakia."
“As part of Aricoma, there will be more opportunities for growth, through sharing expertise, new services for our customers, and by teaming up for larger projects. We have already collaborated on some smaller ones successfully,” added Mihael Klančnik, CEO of Sapphir.
