    Ulrich Schöler

    Prior to his tenure at MND, Dr. Schöler worked already for three decades in the European gas industry, where he held various managerial positions. He was responsible for the development of the gas business

    of Ruhrgas in the CEE Countries for which he acquired a number of shareholdings in important gas companies. In 1996 he became member of the board of Ruhrgas Energie Beteiligungs AG,

    since 2005 he acted as CEO of E.ON Ruhrgas International AG.

    Jiří Ječmen

    Jiří has worked for the KKCG investment group since 2003. Between 2006 and 2010, he played a role in managing the restructuring of the MND group. Starting in 2007, he spent three years in the top management

    of SPP Bohemia, the operator of the underground gas storage facility in Dolní Bojanovice. In 2009 and 2010, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Kovosvit MAS, a leading

    Central European manufacturer of machine tools.

    Mr. Parma has been with the MND Group since 1992. His advancement within the company, where he held a variety of positions, ranging from a workman and designer to Head of the Uhřice

    UGS, were only transient stages on the way to his current position as CEO. Such professional breadth helped him obtain invaluable experience, which he continues

    to apply to further develop and manage MND.

    René Kachyňa

    He began his managerial career at Fosfa, a company based in Břeclav, where he took part in the development of its business activities in Central and Western Europe. He

    joined the MND Group in mid-2007 as a Marketing Manager and later as a Strategic Planning Manager at MND Servisní. He was appointed Managing Director

    of MND Drilling & Services in May 2010.

    Karel Luner

    He joined MND in 1989. Between 1996 and 2008, he held various leadership and management positions. He played a major role in projects carried out in Russia, Kazakhstan and Bulgaria.

    He was also appointed to the Supervisory Board and later to the Board of Directors of MND Production. Prior to joining MND Gas Storage, he held a number of

    management positions at RWE Transgas Net.

    Petr Kopečný

    Petr received a degree in Deep Drilling Technology from VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mining and Geology. Having joined MND and completed injunction training at a drilling

    rig in 1988, he held a number of technical positions. He began his career as a Drilling Engineer and later as a Chief Drilling Engineer. In 2006, Petr was promoted to the position

    of Drilling and Workover Division Director at MND DS.

MND Ukraine

  • Holder of a 80% stake in companies operating four license in Western Ukraine as part of a UNGI Group joint venture
  • MND Ukraine has acquired interests in four exploration licenses, namely Beregivska, Chajkovitska, Girska (Lviv region) and Grabivska (Ivano-Frankivsk region).
  • The company is in the process of finalizing official reserve calculations and upgrading two exploration licenses to production licenses

MND Samara Holding
