Tech companies under the ARICOMA Group umbrella took the opportunity offered by the global Covid-19 pandemic to grow organically. The companies reacted rapidly to the new demand for the essential digitization of companies that resulted from the situation. They also assisted in the development of ICT for their clients and the creation of new business models based on online interaction with customers. The growing ICT market and stable base of qualified specialists allowed the group to offer state-of-the-art service to companies that are increasingly looking for outsourced solutions.

A key step in the international expansion was the acquisition of a 100% stake in international tech company Seavus. With this acquisition, the ARICOMA Group fulfills its long-term strategy to enter international markets. At the same time, it becomes an international player in the field of information technology. With its products and services, which focus on IT consulting, software development, the implementation of software products for infrastructure administration and management, cybernetic security, and compliance, Seavus fits perfectly into the ARICOMA Group portfolio.
