Aricoma Group provides services such as IT infrastructure, cloud, corporate applications, cybersecurity, and the digitalization of the public sector.
Qinshift focuses on custom software development, UX and UI design, and product development offerings.
The KKCG technology pillar was established with the acquisition of Autocont in 2017. These were subsequently followed by acquisitions of Cleverlance, Cloud4com, and Internet projekt in the next two following years.
A major milestone in building a strong European IT group was the 2020 acquisition of Seavus. Another strategically important decision came in 2021, when ARICOMA Group bought a 100% stake in Komix, a company that develops software for Czech state administration and major private sector companies. This was followed by the acquisition of the Swedish company Stratiteq, which strengthened KKCG’s presence in the Scandinavian market and at the same time, expanded its competences in the field of strategic consulting.
KKCG then announced another acquisition in early 2022. This time the focus turned to Poland, where the holding acquired Clearcode, a company that develops custom software in the field of advertising and marketing. In August 2022, we acquired fast-growing, Bulgaria-based European NextGen IT services provider Musala Soft. In early 2023, Sabris became a member of the Group.
KKCG’s technology pillar now comprises over 4,000 employees, who are able to provide clients with solutions for even the most demanding IT projects. The Group’s consolidated turnover is more than 400 million euros and EBITDA profit exceeds 39 million euros.
