This year, KKCG is once again supporting the Dvořák Prague Festival, an internationally renowned celebration of classical music dedicated to the legacy of Antonín Dvořák. Since its founding in 2008, the festival has brought world-class orchestras, soloists, and chamber ensembles to Prague, offering audiences an extraordinary musical experience inspired by one of the greatest composers in history.
KKCG played a pivotal role in establishing the festival, and its ongoing commitment continues through the support of the Karel Komárek Family Foundation and MND, part of KKCG’s energy pillar. The 18th edition of Dvořák Prague will take place 5 to 23 September 2025, setting the stage for unforgettable performances in Prague’s most prestigious concert halls.
Artium by KKCG will be part of the formal festival program. Established as a multidisciplinary cultural space, embracing various forms of art, from painting and sculpture to digital and musical performances, Artium will host four exceptional concerts, featuring outstanding young musicians in an inspiring setting:
9 September – Ševčík Academy & Tomáš Jamník
11 September – The Kollert Family
16 September – Vienna Philharmonic Course Concert
18 September – Piano Evening with Jan Jiraský
The concerts also align with Artium’s 2025 theme, "Innovation". The performances will showcase emerging talent who blend tradition with artistic innovation.
Mastery in classical music demands time, dedication, and deep understanding. True innovation lies not just in the outcome, but in the journey of artistic exploration. Whether through the pedagogical legacy of Ševčík Academy or the exceptional talent emerging from Brno’s leading music institutions, the musicians at Artium by KKCG embody this ethos.
Join us in Artium by KKCG for an immersive and inspiring musical experience that bridges heritage with innovation and brings classical music closer to the modern audience.
