Aricoma acquires Clarystone

Aricoma, a leader in enterprise IT and part of the KKCG Group, has acquired Clarystone. The company delivers leading-edge data, voice and video solutions for utility and rail customers.

Their team of experts uses modern technologies from CISCO, Mitel and Progress Flowmon and will expand Aricoma's infrastructure portfolio.

The transaction is still subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities.
