Bader Nasser Al-Kharafi

Bader Nasser Al-Kharafi is Vice Chairman and Group CEO of Zain Group, where he leads strategy and operations across multiple international markets. He also serves as Chairman of Boursa Kuwait and Vice Chairman of National Investments Company.

He holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Kuwait University. He brings significant operating and Board-level experience, alongside his position as a significant minority shareholder in Ferretti Group.
