Štěpán Dlouhý is in charge of investment and strategic business development at Allwyn International. Prior to joining KKCG, Štěpán served with Chayton Capital, a London-based private equity firm.

Earlier in his professional career, he served with Aetheon Capital, Deloitte, Bank Gutmann, and Creditanstalt Investment where his work focused on private equity, M&A, and corporate performance improvement. Štěpán is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague where he majored in financial management.
