Koláček

David Koláček oversees all legal matters across KKCG and the companies it owns. He ensures a streamlined and cohesive approach to the legal and regulatory environment as KKCG continues its expansion across geographies and industries.

He has extensive international experience. He was a partner at Clifford Chance from 2008 until 2025, where he worked on a broad range of complex transactions across sectors, including for KKCG.

David has a law degree from Charles University in Prague, and an LL.M. from the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago. Before joining Clifford Chance, Koláček spent 15 years at a US law firm including a year working in New York. David Koláček is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of the Czech Bar Association.
