Following Ferretti's Annual General Meeting held on 14 May 2026, KKCG Maritime raised concerns regarding the voting process and Ferretti's governance, including potential violation of Golden Power compliance obligations. On 10 June 2026, KKCG Maritime filed a claim before the Civil Court of Bologna in relation to certain AGM resolutions, seeking urgent interim measures including suspension of the challenged resolutions and a vote recount.
KKCG Maritime’s action is intended to address governance matters relating to the AGM and ensure that Italy’s Golden Power safeguards are properly reflected in the voting outcome, which have potential implications both for market transparency and broader Italian strategic interests. Further public updates will be provided as appropriate and subject to legal review.
