On 10 June 2026, KKCG Maritime filed a claim before the Civil Court of Bologna challenging certain resolutions adopted at Ferretti's 14 May 2026 Shareholders' Meeting. KKCG Maritime is seeking urgent interim measures, including suspension of the challenged resolutions and a recount of votes on the disputed items.
KKCG Maritime’s position is that certain voting rights exercised at the AGM should have been vetoed under Italy’s Golden Power framework. This issue is now being examined by the Court. As a European company, KKCG Maritime has consistently stated that this case has implications beyond the parties involved. In its view, Italy’s Golden Power regime is a critical safeguard for strategic national interests, and its provisions must be rigorously and consistently adhered to, whenever mandatory notification obligations arise.
KKCG is a long-standing supporter of Ferretti and acted as anchor investor in Ferretti’s Milan IPO.

Our goal is to play a more active role in contributing to Ferretti’s development and growth through greater involvement in the company’s governance.
We have built our stake in a fair and transparent way, that benefits minority shareholders, with a view to electing our nominees to the Board of Directors at Ferretti’s next Annual General Meeting, 14 May 2026.

Ferretti’s share price has remained below benchmark since listing despite management having delivered a successful turnaround of the core business.
KKCG Maritime offers a credible path forward with continuity of a proven, successful leader in Alberto Galassi as CEO, combined with more effective governance.

Ferretti’s management has a clear set of strategic priorities. To these we will add a focus on:
Delivery of these priorities will be supported by a transformation of current governace, designed to accelerate Ferretti`s next phase of development.
