Slate for Ferretti
Submitted for Ferretti's 14 May 2026 Annual General Meeting
KKCG Maritime submitted a proposed slate for Ferretti's Board of Directors ahead of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Following the AGM, KKCG Maritime has filed a claim in relation to certain resolutions adopted at the meeting and is seeking a recount of the votes on disputed items. The proposed slate remains relevant to the relief sought by KKCG Maritime, including the appointment of the Board of Directors that would result from any recount ordered by the Court.
